Mare Verde, Torviscas has a traditional Spanish feel. The small complex is built around pools and waterfalls that cascade down the centre of the site. This apartment faces into the site and is South facing with beautiful pool views. Secluded, yet convenient enough for the resorts of Playa de Fanabe and Puerto Colon, the beaches are only a 5 minute walk away. Mare Verde, is one of the most popular British resorts in Tenerife.
The apartment has a large, well equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar and dining table. The bedroom has two single beds, a large wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. Additionally, the apartment has a sofa and a double sofa bed in the lounge.The view from the balcony looks out onto the pool area.
The cost of transfers from and to the airport is 50 Euros (Approx £35) total for each 2 people. This is to be paid directly to the driver, a personal friend who will take you door to door, issue the keys and ensure that you arrive safely, whatever time of day or night. He will then pick you up at the end of your holiday, collect your keys and transport you back to the airport. This service operates 24/7 but is only available for Tenerife's Southern airport (Rena Sofia).
There are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS, Electricity etc. is pre-paid by us and there is nothing to hire... Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, TV (with DVD Player & Disks) Safe ... All included in the package.
Prices start from just £275.00 / week for 4 people sharing
A 20% non returnable deposit will secure any booking
In some cases a £100 returnable damage bond may be requested
A 10% discount is offered to previous clients
Full settlement must be made 8 weeks before the start date
