Ocean Park Apartments are centrally located in the popular San Eugenio
area of Torviscas, Las Americas, within close proximity of many local bars
shops and restaurants. They provide a good base from which to explore this
busy resort. It boasts 2 swimming pools with a sun terrace and pool bar.
Offering a friendly welcome, in tasteful surroundings, the Ocean Park would
suit couples and families. It is only a 10-minute walk to the beach with
a pedestrian walkway to take you directly there. Close to shopping and nightlife,
these modern, well-equipped apartments are surprisingly quiet once inside.
The complex is about 10 years old and is kept to a very high standard. Apartment
518 is a one-bedroom apartment on two floors. It sleeps up to 4 people and
has fantastic sea and pool views. There is a mix of residents and holiday
apartments. This means everywhere is clean, quiet and tidy; however just
outside the complex are bars, restaurants, café, shops etc.
Accommodation:
Bedrooms: Bedroom with double bed and plenty of wardrobe
space (with wall safe) and your own private balcony overlooking pool with
beautiful views of the sea.
Bathrooms: Bath with overhead shower, wc and washbasin.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and George
Foreman grill.
Utility Room: Washing machine, wash basin, iron and ironing
board.
Living Rooms: Sofa bed (double) and an armchair, satellite
television and video, double doors out to 2nd balcony with table and chairs,
again overlooking pool with sea views.
Other: More wardrobes on upstairs landing area. Linen and
towels are supplied. Please bring your own towels for the pool or beach.

Outside: Two balconies which get the sun all day. They overlook one of the pools and have beautiful sea views. You can sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine watch the sunset over the sea. There are 2 sun terraces and a very friendly British pool bar.
Coast/Beach: The beach is approximately a 10 min walk. There is a walkway which takes you directly to the beach. Ocean Park is not to be confused with other apartments with a similar name, which are up that tremendous climb.
Golf: You will find an abundance of golf courses in Tenerife, some of which boast to be amongst the best in the world.
Travel: Car hire is not necessary, but reasonably priced. A taxi from the airport will cost you between 20-30 euros.
Distances: There is a fantastic amount of things to do in Tenerife, no matter what your taste. The new Siam Park is only 5 minutes away by taxi. The weather is hot all year round. You will find a folder in the apartment containing some suggestions and some important information.
