A spacious modern one bedroom apartment with large tiled terrace, with views to Teide. There is one double and one single sofa bed in the lounge area, all crockery and cutlery are provided. For added comfort there are 2 sun lounger mattresses in the apartment for use on the terrace or poolside. A safe is also provided in the apartment free of charge. The apartment is within walking distance of the new Siam Park due to open before summer 2008.
The complex of Malibu Park is located in the San Eugenio area of Playa de Las Americas and is opposite the Aqua Park. On site facilities consist of tennis courts, swimming pools, supermarket, 24hr reception, launderette, pool bar, restaurant, Internet access, children’s play area and secure parking.
San Eugenio is located in the quiet area of Las Americas. Malibu Park is opposite the Aqualand and within 10 minutes walking distance of the main shopping area, bars, restaurants and Torviscas beach. Local activities include Diving, Surfing, Swimming, Tennis, Walking, Sailing, Fishing, Golf, and Paragliding

General information
Tenerife benefits from a wonderful climate and enjoys consistent high temperatures. The winter months are especially pleasant. The Marina is close by where you can find numerous boat trips and fishing cruises, and as you would expect from a coastal resort, there are a number of different water sports you can enjoy including parascending, Jet Ski’s and banana boat. Scuba diving is also available and the volcanic rock formations make for a great diving experience with loads of aquamarine activity. Playa de Las Americas/San Eugenio, Puerto Colon areas have an abundance of entertainment close by and a wide selection of restaurants to suit all culinary requirements and shopping to meet all budgets is well catered for. Golf is close by at the picturesque Playa de Las Americas, or alternatively Golf Costa Adeje is 5 kms.
Rental rates
Rates shown are for single or double occupancy, for 3 or more add £10 for each additional person. A 20% non refundable deposit is required on confirmation of your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
