This conveniently located property is situated on a large complex in the exclusive area of Torviscas between Playa de las Americas and Fañabe in South Tenerife and is just 10 minutes walk from the Torviscas beach and only 10 minutes to Siam Park.
On site facilities include, restaurants, family show bar with live football and nightly entertainment. There are six large pools and a children's splash pool. The pool bars will keep you supplied with drinks and snacks, there are ample sun beds so no need to get up early on your holidays. There is an on-site supermarket and launderette, with many more shops, bars and restaurants in the local vicinity. No skyscrapers here it’s like a Spanish village.
The night life of veronicas is a 10 minute taxi drive away, which makes this an ideal complex for all the family.

For your peace of mind all doors & windows have security grids fitted.

There are six large pools and a children's pool. The Oasis and pool bars will keep you supplied with drinks and snacks. The famous family show bar is at the top end of the complex and is open till late, often with live entertainment and yes, its also a KARAOKE bar and even has English TV showing English soaps etc, there is an English bar across the road, “The Pub” showing all football etc, even sells English beer’s etc.
Aqualand and the new Siam Park are within walking distance and the complex is only a ten minute walk away from the beach, where you will find a good selection of water sports and boat trips including fishing trips. Other activities include Golf, Jeep Safari and Cycle Hire to name but a few, and being part of Spain, all Fiestas etc are truly celebrated in this area, with local village and beach parties. The famous Loro Park is just a coach trip away. So what ever type of holiday activity you require, you’re sure to find it here; it caters for young and old......
Great for: Walking holidays, beach or poolside relaxation, good nightlife. Excellent bus service and car hire.
Next to the complex is the new shopping mall, Gran Sur, where you will find a seven screen Cinema, supermarket, Bank, Pizza restaurant, McDonalds, and a Mexican bar plus many more cafés and bars, women's clothes shops, kids toy and clothes shops, even a pick & mix sweet shop, its on three floors, with over 50 units, very up market, even clothes are more the designer type, moving escalators, lifts, even an underground car park. Its only a 5 minute walk past our complex, be sure to go and visit.
How to get there
Mare Verde, Torviscas is a large family complex situated just twenty minutes taxi ride from the airport. Average cost €20. We can meet you at the taxi rank just outside the complex and take you directly to your apartment
We also can now offer a meet you at the airport / take you to your apartment then on your return back to the airport service. Costs just 20€ each way including transport but you must let us know in plenty of time if you require this service. Sorry maximum carry 4 passengers.

£100.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure booking.
Deposits can be paid at any Halifax Building Society, the remainder must
be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday, unless a late booking, we also accept
PayPal but at an extra cost of £3.60 per £100.00 to cover their
charges, we also accept cheques and postal orders
Changeover day: Flexible. Will consider: Long term lets (over 1 month)

Owners live in another apartment on the complex, so keys can be collected and returned at any time.
No extra charges for wireless internet or English TV etc
Prices from: £250 to £400 - Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Long stays e.g. "2 week or more" are given a £50 per week discount after 1st week "so then just £200 per week" Short stays catered for, when bookings allow
