Two bungalows situated in the South of Tenerife at Playa de Las Americas
which offers a superb climate and is ideal for families, groups or couples.
Although it is located in the centre of Las Americas it is a very quiet
complex. It is in a prime position for walking in one direction to the fishing
village of Los Cristianos (which is now joined on to Las Americas) or the
other way to the Marina at Puerto Colon and the twice weekly Market at Torviscas.
The beach, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away.The bungalows
are ideally situated for the many outstanding golf courses in the area.
On the ground floor the spacious sitting room has a newly renovated open plan kitchen including cooker, microwave and washing machine. There is a terrace off the sitting room overlooking the pool which gets the sun nearly all day in the Summer and from early afternoon in the Winter. There is also a ceiling fan and toilet on this floor.
The bathroom is upstairs as well as a double room with balcony overlooking the pool and a twin room at the other side with a small balcony. Each bedroom has a fan. The house can comfortably sleep up to 6 people as there is a settee downstairs which can open into another twin or double bed.
The complex is made up of two and three bedroomed houses. Our houses overlook the pool and are three doors apart.
