THREE BEDROOM LUXURY VILLA, SOUTH TENERIFE
Casa de Sueños (House of Dreams) is quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 - 10 mins from the larger resorts such as Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market at Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje for bargain hunting. There are many excellent restaurants for eating out. We just love the atmosphere of the Safari Centre in Playa de las Americas.
The villa benefits from its own private heated pool, with a jet stream perfect for the children. A spacious patio leads from the living room, with comfortable wicker furniture, surrounded with tropical palms and colourful flowers, also furnished with a large table and six chairs to enable you to dine alfresco. With one double and two-twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The popular Jungle Park is only a pleasant 5 minute walk up the hill and features a sizeable number of birds of prey and birds of paradise; in this area are also big game reptiles and many different kinds of apes. The park features two stunning bird of prey / paradise shows a day. From the villa garden, you can watch the birds flying over on their daily exercise.

Double bedroom has king-size bed and flat screen TV. Light oak furniture in all bedrooms, Inc dressing table, stool and mirror. To create a home from home comfortable atmosphere, the Villa is decorated with side lamps and pictures to convey a warm, welcoming ambience to our guests.
Further details outdoors: Provided is a family sized barbeque with tools. The garden and pool are fitted with lighting for pleasant family evening barbeques. For children there are two airbeds, rubber rings and armbands for the pool and buckets and spades for the beach. Beach mats are available with umbrella and wind screen to make a perfect family day at the beach.
The Tenerife region: Tenerife is an island of contrast from the snow on Mount Teide to sunshine, sea and sand on the coastline. Tenerife provides an assortment of leisure interest from walking, golf, diving, sea sports and of course fantastic restaurants.
The climate in the south of Tenerife is an excellent temperature all year round, with the hottest months being August and September. Most villages have their unique stories to tell of how they originated; often they erect statues of their founders in the town square.
Los Cristianos / Aguilas del Teide / Las Americas area
The villa is situated just a five minute walk from the Jungle Park at Aguilas del Teide, and this is an enjoyable family day out, great for all ages, not just the children. In the region of the villa, there are plenty of walks and cycling is endurable for those who do not mind hills! Siam Park is approximately 5 minutes drive, top class golf course 15 mins drive, beautiful beaches 5 - 10 mins drive
The beaches of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are just a few minutes car drive, and provide all the usual water sports. Del Duque beach is stunning and not to be missed. There is a plethora of restaurants in these areas and the lovely high-quality area of the Safari Centre in Las Americas has a great Italian (Bianco) and Thai Teppanyaki restaurant. However, it is worth traveling to La Camella and Valle San Lorenzo to the charming local restaurants and sampling their native wine and cuisine, excellent value for money.
How to get there: All major Airlines fly to Tenerife South Airport and we would be pleased to advise you on the best service and competitive price. We personally fly Monarch Airlines & book online at www.monarch.co.uk.
There are lots of Taxi’s available outside the Airport and the maximum they charge to the Villa is €20. We will send you full instructions on how to get there, written in both English & Spanish with a map included. There are also lots of car hire companies at the Airport which we will gladly advise you on the best company for service and price. We normally use either www.cicar.com or www.recordrentacar.com
Activities near Playa de Las Americas include: Tennis in town, Water Sports, Water Park, Horse Riding, Golf, Fishing.

Further details: Car advised, Welcome pack, if required made available on arrival. (Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, bread, marmalade and cereal). Smoking is allowed outside, and on the balconies. No smoking upstairs. Map and directions provided in English and Spanish. Extra linen and towels, full clean of the villa provided on request. Pool and beach towels provided. Mid-week towel and linen change, general sweep and mop of the villa. Internet connection available.
There is a small charge for extra services.
€10 extra towel and linen, €5 a day internet connection, €40 full clean, €20 welcome pack.
Booking Conditions: 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. Payment details will be emailed. Refundable breakages deposit of €100 required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Changeover day is flexible.
