This privately owned apartment, which has been totally refurbished and redecorated throughout is set in the exclusive area of Oasis del Sur and is part of the prestigious Club Tenerife and next door to Paradise Park and Hollywood Mirage. There are excellent bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and a new shopping complex has just opened.
Los Diamantes is a low rise complex spread over 3 phases each with their own pool, our phase has a separate pool for toddlers. There is a 1st class pool side bar serving cold and hot drinks as well as hot and cold food throughout the day and evening. The pool is heated in the winter months. There is an on-site supermarket.
The apartment can sleep up to 4 using the sofa bed and includes:
Lounge: Comfortable lounge has a 2 seater sofa bed, easy chair, satellite TV with BBC, ITV, Sky sports and movies. There is a DVD/CD player with surround sound.
Bedroom: 1 bedroom with double bed and bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes with ample hanging and storage space. There is a safe in the room for your security.
Kitchen: Fully fitted and well equipped. There is a ceramic hob and extractor hood, full oven, fridge, kettle and toaster. It has moulded white units and is tiled throughout. There is adequate crockery and utensils.
Terrace: The large terrace with views of the pool and sea has a table and 4 chairs plus sun umbrella, idea for dining alfresco or sharing a bottle of wine
Bathroom: Luxury bathroom with walk in shower, vanity unit, sink and WC
Linen: Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided but beach towels are not
Please note the apartment is NON SMOKING but this is allowed on the terrace.
Normal changeover times are Departure 10.00 and Arrival 14.00. These can be varied by prior arrangement.
Prices: 2 People £190 per week. Xmas / New Year £325, 2+ People £220 per week. Xmas / New Year £350. There is a reduction for 3 weeks or more.
