Downstairs fully fitted shower room with toilet. Upstairs is the main bedroom with balcony, double bed, wardrobe, dressing table with hair dryer and two bedside tables with lamps and ceiling fan. Fully refurbished bathroom. Complex boasts friendly bar called the Admiral, very close to shops & restaurants.

The complex is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful marina at Puerto Colon and La Pinta Beach, which boasts great beach front restaurants and bars. Siam Park and Aqualand are both within a few minutes walking distance from the apartment. The exclusive shops and bars of El Duque are only 15 minutes away. The transfer from the airport is approximately 15 minute by taxi. Los Cristianos is a great walk if you feel energetic, all the walk is right along the beach front with stunning views. You can also walk in the opposite direction along the beach front to La Caleta and the wonderful seafood restaurant Pisces. There are plenty of Tourist attractions in Costa Adeje and close by, there are also various excursions that run from here too; you've got the Jeep safaris, Mount Tiede Tours, Whale watching and if all that's not enough you could hire a car and go somewhere for the day exploring! There is plenty to do if you’re not relaxing on the beach or at your pool nursing your head from the night before, the resort of Playa de Las Americas, isn't far either!

Notes: Weekly rates are for 2 persons sharing. £30.00 for every extra person, this is to cover the extra linen and cleaning. Changeover day is flexible, however changeovers on a Sunday will incur an extra charge of £15.00
