This lovely 3 bed duplex is conveniently located on the Mare Verde complex in the exclusive area of Torviscas, close to Fañabe and is just a 10 minute walk away from the Torviscas and Fañabe beaches, where you will also find plenty of bars and restaurants.
The complex has a traditional Spanish feel and on-site facilities catering for the whole family, including six swimming pools, children’s pool, sun beds, supermarket and launderette, family bar with nightly entertainment including Karaoke, British soaps and live football, restaurants and pool bars. Many more shops, bars and restaurants can be found close by. Thursday is Market day in Fañabe and the market can be found opposite El Duque Shopping Centre.
Playa de las Americas is approximately 5 minutes away by taxi, where you will find a great selection of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets and nightclubs where you can dance till dawn. Bus stops and taxi ranks are close by the Mare Verde complex.

If you enjoy shopping, the Gran Sur shopping centre is very close to the complex, where you will find a great selection of bars and restaurants, supermarket, bank, clothes shops and seven screen Cinema showing at least one English language film per week.
How to get there: Mare Verde, Torviscas is situated just twenty minutes by taxi from the airport and costs around €20. Alternatively we can arrange to meet you at the airport / take you to your apartment and also return back to the airport. Costs just 20€ each way including transport but you must let us know in plenty of time if you require this service.
