At the heart of Golf del Sur, this villa is set in a quiet corner of the Sunningdale complex overlooking the gardens and the ninth hole of the world class championship Golf del Sur course, with the sea just a short walk away. The villa is in a quiet part of the complex where most of the private residents live and overlooks gardens and the golf course with views down to the sea from the balcony.
Sunningdale attracts families and couples of various nationalities who want a relaxing holiday in pleasant surroundings within close walking distance to all amenities. It is a virtually flat site and therefore suitable for elderly guests and children. Enjoy a drink by the large heated swimming pool (with lifeguard) or have lunch in the poolside restaurant. Your children will enjoy the children's pool and play area and are sure to want to join in the Team marina kiddies club with scavenger hunts and the like.
The villa benefits from a large bright comfortable lounge with leather recliner sofa and satellite TV (Channels include BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Sky News Sky sports, Euros sports etc and European stations). The dining area seats six and the American-style fitted kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full size oven, hob and washing machine. Relax in your own private garden on the sun loungers or invite friends for dinner al fresco. For complete privacy enjoy the secluded terrace behind the villa.

Outdoor facilities: Balcony / Terrace: Large private sun filled front patio with sun loungers, mattresses, garden table and chairs bordered by bright flower beds and overlooking gardens and golf course. Private shaded rear patio with table and chairs for those moments when you want to escape from the heat of the sun and have some peace and seclusion. Private solarium/balcony with sun loungers (small children will need supervision - the walls are approx 3' 6" high).
Access: Whilst wheelchair and pushchair friendly please be aware there is small step by front gate and wheelchairs would need to enter the villa via the patio doors. Secure parking.
Complex Facilities: Large shared pool, with sun loungers, children's pool, children's play area with swings etc. Kiddies club -Team marina where parents may leave their children with trained staff for a short time. Poolside restaurant and a bar with satellite TV. Evening entertainment - music stops at midnight. CYCLISTS - Many superb cycle routes used by world class competitive cyclists for their winter training.
Other attractions include: Siam Park, Aqualand, Loro Parque, the Drago Tree and stunning cliff face of Los Gigantes. Drive to the north for lush greenery and olde worlde charm in the quaint cobbled streets of Puerto De La Cruz, sample the tapas, take the ferry to La Gomera or El Hierro or maybe head for the bright lights of Las Americas - Tenerife has everything and all within a very short drive from Golf del Sur..
Golf del Sur / Sunningdale Village area: Golf del Sur is one of the less hilly resorts in Tenerife making it easier to get around for those who find steep slopes a chore! A championship 27 hole golf course hosting world tournaments is just a 10 minute walk away from the villa. Several other courses are close by for those who like a change and there are also some grass driving ranges for practice.
Evening entertainment and many restaurants offering a variety of food, bars and shops are just outside the complex or a short 15 minute walk to San Blas centre There is a small beach 500 metres from the complex and also a beautiful waterside promenade - great for an evening stroll or stop at one of the bars for a relaxing drink and watch the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.
Tennis, bowls, yoga and a spa are available immediately outside the complex, with a weekly local market for those souvenir hunters.
Los Abrigos fishing village is just a 10 minute drive - great for sea food.
Amarilla Golf and the Yellow Submarine is only a 5 minute drive - great family fun!
There is a courtesey coach daily to Los Cristianos/Las Americas . Or the car will take about 20 minutes and there is also a regular bus service to both resorts.

How to get there: Fly to Tenerife South. (Reina Sofia Airport) Regular daily flights from all UK and most European airports all year round with many low cost airlines available.
Golf Del Sur resort is just 10 mins by car from the airport. Car hire can easily be pre-booked by internet and arrangements made to collect your hire car from the car park immediately in front of arrivals hall and it can be left there on your departure. Alternatively book when you arrive from one of the many car hire companies in the terminal building. Auto Reizen often have the best rates. There is also an efficient taxi rank waiting for flight arrivals. It may be possible to arrange private transfer.
Further details: Bed linen and towels provided on arrival and changed every 7 days. Pool towels will be provided but if you should need more they can be hired from reception. A welcome pack can be provided and includes milk, butter, bread, water, tea or coffee £12 payable with final balance. Travel cots can be provided - Payable with final balance £20 per week and high chair is available free of charge on request.
Notes: Normal changeover day Friday - guests are asked to vacate by 10:00am. If you have a late flight time we may be able to arrange a later vacation time but cannot guarantee this. Villa normally available after 15:00 but may be ready earlier subject to local discretion. Please strictly no smoking in villa - smokers are asked to smoke outside please.
Insurance Liability: We recommend all guests have full and sufficient travel, personal accident and medical insurance. We accept no liability for injury, damage, loss, vexation, distress, disappointment or irregularities suffered by guests. Luggage, valuables and all other personal effects are at the guests' risks at all times and in all circumstances.
Booking Information: A deposit of £100 per week (non refundable) is required to secure booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. In addition £100 security deposit is required to be paid with the final payment against breakages/damage. This will be returned by the owner at the end of the rental period once the villa has been checked.
We can accept payment by cheque or bank transfer in pounds sterling or Euros. Please note the rental prices are for two bedrooms £400, or three bedrooms £500. When booking for 4 persons, the third bedroom will not be available for use. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. For Christmas rates please contact the owner.
We will honour bookings for up to 7 days. If deposits are not received by this time, the booking will be considered cancelled and the villa re-advertised for those dates, unless otherwise agreed. We will also honour bookings for up to 7 days from the balance due date. If the balance is not received, the booking will be considered cancelled by the visitor and the dates re-advertised. The deposit is non refundable in these circumstances.
Friday is normal changeover day but other changeover days considered. Extra nights may be booked subject to availability.
