"Casa Hibiscus" is in a quiet residential area but within 5 minutes of the village of Callao Salvaje which boasts a wonderful choice of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, banks, chemist, doctors, hairdressers plus much more! All you need for your perfect vacation!

Bedrooms: Main villa: Master bedroom sleeps 2, with en-suite bathroom, wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 - sleeps 2, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.
Apartment: Master bedroom with double bed, Bedroom 2 - double bed, Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds. All with ceiling fans.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms in main villa. 1 shower room in apartment.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including toaster, kettle, microwave, hob/stove, oven, large fridge/freezer, iron etc.
Utility Room: There is a dishwasher in the main villa and a washing machine in the apartment.
Living Rooms: Main villa lounge is spacious with 3 sofas, 32 inch plasma TV, DVD player, British channels/some Sky channels and Spanish Free view!
The apartment has a 32 inch plasma TV, DVD player, with the same channels as main villa.
Other: Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All bathroom towels and linen are provided. A clean and linen change or mid clean can be arranged with a small charge.
Outdoors:
There are several terraces around the villa all with seating areas for 12 people. Garden area with barbecue area to the front of the villa, also with sun lounger area. Private pool for guests use only, heated in winter months.
Accessibility: Main villa is on one Level. Staircase of approx 10 steps leading to apartment.
Coast/Beach: Casa Hibiscus is within walking distance to the pebble beach. Playa San Juan is the next village where there is a large sand beach.
Golf: There are 3 major golf courses which can be easily reached by car from Callao Salvaje. Abama Golf Complex, Golf Costa Adeje, Golf Las Americas.
Local attractions and activities include: Siam Park, Jungle Park, water sports, fishing, sailing, dolphin and whale watching, paragliding, coach excursions to Mount Teide and Loro Parque.
Travel: The nearest airport is Reina Sofia (Tenerife South), which is approx 20 min drive. There is a large taxi rank outside the airport; cost to Callao Salvaje is approx 28/30 euros. Buses run on a regular basis from the village to Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Los Gigantes etc.
Distances: Adeje Town is approx 5km away. Playa San Juan 6km. Las Americas/Los Cristianos 10 mins drive, or use the bus service from the village.
Notes: Changeover day – On arrival days, guests will be allowed in villa at 4pm. All guests must leave villa by 10am on departure days.
Booking Information: Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £200 deposit will secure your dates. Then balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival into bank account.
