A luxury Penthouse apartment with sea and pool views on a quiet, well run complex, 500m from seafront, and only 10 minutes to the large sandy beaches and town centre.
The Penthouse is a huge success with visitors and occupies prime position at Victoria Court 1. It faces south over the pool to the sea and enjoys all day sun and spectacular sunsets. It has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms and is fully equipped. The penthouse is family owned and maintained to the highest standard and is situated in a quiet part of Los Cristianos.
Victoria Court 1 is a very popular and well-run complex with 2 heated swimming pools and a poolside bar. It is perfect for quiet family holidays. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, to suit all tastes and budgets. The apartment is suitable for couples, groups of friends and families. Many of our bookings are for 5 or 6 people as there are very few affordable and quality apartments in the seafront area with 3 double bedrooms and enough space for 5 or 6 people to holiday in comfort. Car hire is not necessary.
Excursions, activities and car hire can be booked at the office on Victoria Court. The complex is only 2 kilometers away from Siam Park, just a 2 minute taxi ride. There is an overnight security guard and a poolside life-guard on duty during most of the school holidays. Internet access is available on the complex should you require it.
Facilities include:
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, built-in wardrobes and a private baclony. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a terrace with sea view.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is en-suite to the master bedroom. It is brand new, beautiful, spacious with all amenities and a walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 is a pretty room with all amenities, a shower cubicle and a washing machine.
Kitchen: The kitchen is recently decorated and has 1 large food fridge-freezer and a separate medium sized drinks fridge. It is fully equipped and has a 4 ring electric hob, a grill and oven, a microwave, toaster, kettle, & clothes dryer.
Utility Room: The washing machine is in bathroom 2. There is an iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, mops, buckets, brooms etc in the cupboards.
Living Room: The living room is bright, spacious and modern with 2 matching sofas, a dining table and chairs, a coffee table, a TV with the 4 major UK channels, video and DVD players and a selection of videos and DVDs to play, and books to read too.
Other: The terrace is the most beautiful room in the penthouse with views out over the pool to the sea, the harbour and La Gomera. There is a dining table with chairs and a parasol and sun beds. It is a beautiful place to sit daytime or evening.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The Penthouse will be spotlessly clean on your arrival. Linen, bath and hand towels are provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
Outside: The complex has two heated swimming pools, one large and one for children. There is a garden setting of trees and shrubs. You can sunbathe on your private terrace or hire sun beds by the pool. There is also a poolside bar.
Golf: The area is very popular for winter golf. There are 5 beautiful golf courses close by, the nearest being only 1 mile away. Winter weather of 20-25 degrees is perfect for golf and you can view the courses and book up in advance over the internet.
Local Activities include: Water sports, fishing, sailing, walking/hiking, cycling, paragliding, horse-riding, tennis, bowls, go-karting, quad-biking. Free buses are available for Siam Park, Aqualand and Jungle Park. Coach excursions include Mount Teide and Loro Parque.
Travel: Tenerife Sur Airport is 8 miles away, approximately 15 minutes by taxi. Los Cristianos port is 1 mile away.
Distances: The apartment is in the lovely fishing town of Los Cristianos and within a short drive or bus/coach journey of the many beautiful sites of interest around the island.
Changeover day: Changeover day is flexible. Access to the Penthouse on arrival day is 4pm at the latest. On departure day you are asked to vacate the Penthouse by 10am please.
Booking notes / Prices: A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week booked is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due 12 weeks before the start of the holiday. Children under 2 come free but there is a charge of £15 per week for a travel cot and £15 per week for a highchair. The maximum number of occupants we accept in the Penthouse is a total of 6 adults/children plus one infant.
